Rangers Football Club were opening a brand-new Events Facility within their grounds incorporating a Museum, Retail Space and Concert Venue as well as providing match day facilities for fans.

We were asked by Arthur McKay to provide costs and specifications for several Fire & Security disciplines which had unique conditions due to building aesthetics such as black automatic fire detection and stainless steel finished EVCS outstations.

The unique challenges presented by this project mostly circled around the condensed M&E Programme due to time constraints placed on the Main Contractor by the client to be opened for a specific date. We worked closely with Arthur McKay keeping consistent lines of communication to Site and Project Managers to ensure we kept to the agreed programme and were complete for full handover as we were requested to be.
