We have been the incumbent Term Contractor for the entire Skypark’s site wide Fire Alarm network since 2009. We have since taken on responsibility for the security disciplines including the site wide camera network and front-end Video Management System.

The Fire Alarm System is a 6 panel Advanced MX5 network covering the SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 and SP6 buildings, with a front-end Graphical User Interface located in the Security Control Room. This gives full control functions of the entire site wide System for the security team. There is complex cause and effect in play including sequential detection, phased evacuation as well as a cascade program and delays.

To date we have newly installed landlords’ systems within Buildings SP3 & SP5, with a new installation currently ongoing in buildings SP1 & SP6 with completion of these system projected for end of summer 2023.

We have also been responsible for the security systems since 2019. This includes the maintenance of over 200 cameras as well as regular installation and upgrade works.

Over and above all communal works we are the Term Contractor for multiple tenants housed within the Development for the full range of Fire & Security disciplines.

These include Axis Animation, Big Licks, Spire, Ceridian and many others. Most of which we installed both the Cat A fitout for the Landlord and Cat B fitout for the client direct.
